Updated October 19, 2026: the Rubbish Collection Station is now at 618 SE 8th Street, behind the Animal Shelter.
The City of Lockney Rubbish Collection Station is open to city residents on the third Saturday of every month from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Remaining 2026 dates: Saturday, November 21 and Saturday, December 19.
Use the station for household items that are too large for your residential dumpster. Bring your water bill and a driver’s license with a matching address, and sign in with the attendant. Homeowners outside the city limits pay a small fee.
