Automatic bank draft

With automatic bank draft, the city charges your bank account for your utility bill on the 15th of each month. If the 15th falls on a weekend or holiday, the charge may be made on the next business day.

Automatic Bank Draft Authorization Form (PDF, 78 KB, printable)

  1. Print the form and fill in your name, utility account number and bank information.
  2. Sign it.
  3. Return it to City Hall, 218 E. Locust St., Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. You can also get a paper copy at City Hall.

For your security, do not email your bank information or send it through this website. The website does not collect bank details. To stop automatic draft, notify City Hall in writing at least 15 days before the next billing date. Questions? Call (806) 652-2355.
