Automatic bank draft
With automatic bank draft, the city charges your bank account for your utility bill on the 15th of each month. If the 15th falls on a weekend or holiday, the charge may be made on the next business day.
Automatic Bank Draft Authorization Form (PDF, 78 KB, printable)
- Print the form and fill in your name, utility account number and bank information.
- Sign it.
- Return it to City Hall, 218 E. Locust St., Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. You can also get a paper copy at City Hall.
